coach do?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize the class (detailed documents
and training provided)
- Bring the challenge to the people... use
our proven advertising techniques to fill the class!
- Teaching the class (class material provided)
- Individual wellness evaluations (training
provided)
- Be a GOOD role model for your participants!
- Keep participants encouraged and focused
on their goals!
- Weekly weigh in's
- Follow up with each participant on a regular
basis
- Troubleshoot any problems they may be having
and work together to find a solution.
What is a weight loss challenge?
A WLC is a way to help people lose weight and
get healthy & fit! A 12 week course with weekly weigh ins, and lessons
with details on...

- The right kind of exercise
- Proper food choices
- Hydration
- Fiber
- Healthy shopping
- Cardiovascular health
- Cellular Nutrition
- Pulling that sweet tooth!

- Ways to lighten a meal
- Keeping the weight off for good
It is a GREAT group experience with classes
for 20-25 people.
The "Challenge" of the WLC-
Participants pay in to the prize pot (optional)
and that money is paid out to the top 3 losers at the end of the 12 week class.
the added edge of the competition for the prize pot will help motivate! As
will the recognition!
Where will the class be taught?
We teach the classes ANY PLACE! They
have been taught in living rooms, gyms, churches, community buildings and schools
across the nation!
